Mr. Nilutpal Deb Roy presently serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at Ajmal Law College in Hojai, Assam, affiliated with Gauhati University since July 2022. Simultaneously, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the Department of Law at Nagaland University. His academic journey includes a bachelor’s degree in Law from J.B Law College under Gauhati University and an LL.M. specializing in Business Law from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. During his undergraduate studies, Mr Nilutpal Deb Roy had the opportunity to intern under the chief justice of Guwahati High Court, Assam and further honed his legal skills through an internship under justice K.R Surana of Guwahati High Court. Mr. Roy has showcased his dedication to legal scholarship by contributing numerous research paper to prestigious journals and actively participating in various seminars, workshop and training programs. His areas of academic expertise encompass Cuber Law, Taxation Law and Company Law.
