Dr. Sukhraj Singh Bajwa, born in Ajmer, Rajasthan, is a dedicated educator and environmental advocate. He completed his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sri Ganganagar and earned Masters in Botany from SGN Khalsa College, later obtaining an M.Ed. from Punjab University and Master’s in Psychology from Dr. D Y Patil Vidyapeeth Pune. An accomplished hockey player, he began his career teaching at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Lalgarh Jattan, where he was recognized as the best teacher by Brigadier I S Janghu. Currently, he is a science teacher in Punjab’s education department. Dr. Bajwa actively promotes Ayurvedic medicine and conservation, leading tree plantation drives and founding “Mission Alhna” to protect wildlife. Honored for his contributions, he was awarded “Samaj Ratna” and an honorary doctorate by the World Cultural and Environment Protection Commission. His work continues to inspire in education, environmental protection, and natural healing. Dr. Bajwa is always worried about this issue that why today’s youth and today’s old people live in such mental stress and about this Dr. Bajwa has written many articles in different newspapers and also through social media to inform people on this subject. They are making aware and trying to understand and solve their problems.
